Email and Phone Support (free!)

Crimson Research members receive free basic (five minutes per incident) email and phone support. If more than five minutes of support is needed, additional time is billed at your regular labor rate in quarter hour increments. And if you have a prepaid labor block, we can simply deduct the time from your account.

Travel Charge Protection (free!)

We never charge for travel time, parking, or other associated expenses for travel within our normal service area. There are no hidden fees or charges.
